Our Team
Peter McCarthy, President, has worked as VP and General Manager, Special Markets Group, for Pearson Prentice-Hall School Division as well as VP and General Manager of Career & Technology Publishing for Pearson Prentice-Hall School Division. Prior to his tenure with Prentice-Hall, Peter was President of DDC Training Services and General Manager of DDC Publishing, an independent publisher of career and technology books.
Chris Katsaropoulos, VP of Product Development, has worked as Executive Editor for Emerging Technology at Pearson Prentice-Hall. He was also Managing Editor for the School Strategic Market Group at Thomson Course Technology. Prior to his tenure at Thomson, Chris worked with Peter McCarthy as VP of Acquisitions at DDC Publishing. He has also served as Associate Publisher of the Que Education & Training imprint at Macmillan Computer Publishing and Senior Editor at Glencoe/McGraw-Hill.
Jennifer Frew, VP and Editorial Director, has worked as Executive Editor at Pearson Prentice-Hall, developing successful series such as Learning Microsoft Office 2003 and Stepping Through Microsoft Office. Prior to her tenure at Prentice-Hall, Jennifer worked with Peter McCarthy and Chris Katsaropoulos as Managing Editor at DDC Publishing, where she was responsible for editorial and production work on all DDC Learning series books.
